I was not convinced that I would receive a favorable verdict on my disability settlement. Was very surprised by the amount that Kushner & Kushner were able to obtain.

I do not recommend this office to anyone. To win my disability case, I had to find another lawyer, and that's how I was able to win. Because of this office's poor work, my case was delayed much longer. But I finally managed to get my disability recognized. The lawyer who represented me did not present all the medical evidence to the judge. Please go to another law firm; this one is useless.

Never hear from them, Had to filled all paper work from SSI by my self, Need help with the questions and they half fill out paper work and said I had to do the rest, ask again for help and was told they will do the rest and sent my application, which I got a letter from SSI saying that paper work wasn’t completed I received that (late) SSI paper work to complete in 10 days. Very disappointed

As others have said the communication with the firm is slow and difficult. Briana once my claim was approved yet not paid turned unprofessional when I asked simple follow up questions about my case. It would have been easier for her to just say she hadn’t heard anything from SSA yet and that they would let me know when they had. Instead she wanted to shame me into feeling asking a simple question was a troublesome. They are getting paid 25% of my backpay.

I am truly happy that I chose kushner & kushner for my disability claim. I was nervous at first but they made me feel comfortable and confident.
