Did Bill just literally say that an accused woman beater, & plead guilty stalker had a "woman" problem? Good grief. It's not a WOMAN problem he has. It's his problem. He's the problem. Retire already. Not cool.

2023 Bill kutmus should retire it was the 25,000 I have spent in my life he was paid just to work with the federal government never showed me one piece of paper work to my case but a plea bargain and that wasn't even good save your money spend else where......
