Not only do they genuinely help you get through your case with the best results for you, they really show that they value you. I didn’t have to worry about anything during my case, just heal. The worst law firm we have ever heard of. Apparently this is an Adler associate because after a year there and a demand letter for litigation we were given Kwan law went to the to the doctor and told she needed surgeries. So she calls And speaks with Jessica about the surgery. Jessica tells her she won't get the surgery they just wanted an estimate and you go have surgery on you own afterwards. SO they want you running around like people with those wrecked cars you got paid but didn't fix the car. So when questions arise Jessica got angry and said they were going to drop the case. So they and Adler have had this case about a year do a demand letter switch to litigation and the get angry and drop the case . For the past month we have been waiting on the cd with all her records on it . Yes supposedly they mailed two copies and neither has made it here in a month. Spoke with another lawyer and we are filing a legal malpractice suit against Kwan. Jessica got mad and dropped the case because my wife actually wanted surgery so she could walk correctly and not be in pain. Really a scam law firm. Never heard about getting your surgery after the settlement because an estimate is just an estimate. How many estimates have you gotten that were what you paid or was it thousands more? Just avoid this law firm they are just worried about their money they make not yours or your health. Wish I could give them a zero. You can't question your attorney? Maybe being black doesn't afford us that opportunity. If that's not it what is the reason.
