Mr. McCoy helped us solve a very delicated issue with a title on a manufactured home affixed to real estate since 1988. There was a lien from a company no longer in business since December 1988. The company sold to Ford Motor Credit and Ford sold that division to Chase and Citimortgage and after weeks of research and dead ends we contacted Mr McCoy and he was able to get the lien release and the title detitle with the State Of TN .
