I was in a car accident June 30th of 2025. The other insurance company was really trying to screw me over I shopped around and no one would get back to me and I contacted La Century law and they responded the same day took my case got me all kinds of Medical Treatments that I needed and I will be quite Frank that I am beyond shocked at how professional they were in regards to what my final settlement was I'm beyond happy and I genuinely highly recommend them if you have any issues regarding a car accident or any other type of personal injury.

First of all, when you call their office personnel are pretty rude. They were very bad about keeping me up to date on my case. 95 percent of the time, I had to call them, and I would get that they were busy and they wouldn't call back and I'd have to call a few times I even had to send an email to finally get a response one time. The absolute worst part is that when I got the letter saying, how much I was gonna be paid.They charged me 40 percent. I asked why they charged me this because 40 percent is supposed to be only for arbitration or when you go to court. Their excuse is that they sent my insurance a letter and at the top of the letter it said UIM arbitration so they charged 40 percent for the award from the drunk driver's insurance and my underinsured insurance. That is not arbitration, but how can you fight the attorney. They know you can't fight them.It would cost more to fight them than it would to let them have the extra money. So I feel totally ripped off by my own attorney. Keep looking and don't use this company is my advice.

Claims involving uninsured or underinsured motorist coverage often require the formal initiation of arbitration to preserve a client’s rights under the policy, even if the matter resolves prior to a hearing. We understand that these distinctions can be confusing, and we are always available to explain them in detail.<br><br>We take client feedback seriously and would welcome the opportunity to discuss your concerns directly and review the file with you. Please feel free to contact our office and ask to speak with management so we can address this appropriately.
