If we could give a negative 5 we would. A few years ago my father was hit by a vehicle and retained Eran as his attorney to handle the case. But my father died before the lawsuit could be settled. Last year in February, we received a call from our dads caregiver stating that Lagstein needed our information because our dad put us down over his estate. So we were under the impression that Lagstein was representing us. For a whole year we have been calling to clarify with him about the information needed or the steps we should be taking. But we were ignored until new years eve when he FINALLY called to let us know he "dropped the suit and there was no settlement". And if we wanted to pursue the case we would have to retain our own attorney and be in California in a week. I feel like he is leaving something out A simple phone call letting us know that he dropped the case and isn't representing us could have been helpful to retain an attorney in a timely manner.The only reason we are here is because, he called looking for us and our information which we don't understand. We just find it hard to believe that he dropped the case even though our dad suffered injuries from the accident and had no intention of dropping his lawsuit. We didn't know that the case was dropped because of his death. Even though he wasn't obligated to call us or discuss the case, the information he gave us last week could have been very helpful a yr ago. This is a fair and honest review of how we were treated and we have multiple receipts showing how much we called.

I got into a pretty bad accident back in October and to be honest I was devastated, I lost the car and my family suffered a lot. Luckily everyone is alive. Lagstein seemed like a good firm until I saw how unprofessional they are with communication. I sent them all of my medical documents, pictures, an explanation of what happened all to be discarded through nothing. They just ignored me. It has been 14 days and I sent multiple follow ups. Still NO answer.
