You guys sent a certified letter to the wrong company. Someone out there is paying you good money for you to represent them and you can’t even do your due diligence and find the right parties involved. Get a better paralegal. Be a professional.

I was called as a witness in a case being handled by Shiela Lake and her team What I witnessed was a master class it was clear she was at the top of her game and she controlled the flow of the courtroom. If I ever need a lawyer I will be calling Lake Law firm !!

HORRIBLE - HORRIBLE - HORRIBLE - Have no concept about manners, being civil or common courtesy - they talk over you, call you back and scream and argue - FO RNO REASON. I gave them my credit card to pay a $25 bill and continously get pursued to pay it again and again and again - now they dont work for the HOA anymore because they fell out - surprise surprise and they wont call them to simply say the $25 is paid - ALL THIS DRAMA because they are upset with my HOA ?? !! WHAT HAS THAT GOT TO DO WITH ME - dont get mad at me about it - sheeeeeesh. I would avoid this law firm if they worked for me for half the price !! - nasty experience from LEGAL firm

I would 1000% recommend this law firm for your real estate matters. Sheri is very knowledgeable and she handled every aspect professionally and in a timely manner. She communicated often so I knew everything going on. I am very grateful for her help and her team. I spoke with many different law firms before choosing Lake Law firm and Sheri was the only lawyer to ask the questions and truely understand my situation. She took the time to listen. Other firms were quick to talk about their price (and others were overpriced). I felt Sheri really cared about helping me and would do her best and she truely delivered. Thank you!

Lake Law Firm, P.A., is excellence embodied. Attorney Lake, specifically, is the answer to all the things you want in your lawyer. She and her company are beyond efficient as a one-stop shop in the world of real estate whether it be litigation, HOA’s or something as mundane as professional title and closing services. Mrs. Lake has been my lawyer for over 5 years and is to date the best referral I have ever received.

I don't believe the case was handled very well. We were handed off twice to 3 different lawyers, documents that I had emailed were lost and needed sent multiple times, the lawyer kept using the incorrect verbiage in front of the mediator and in documents, and overall I had to manage all calls/emails with the law firm. There were many communication break downs on their end. I truly felt like they kept forgetting about us. Without breaking any confidentiality, we were told the same thing repeatedly by different employees that nothing we were doing was holding up the case and then, after the case was finished, were told by the lawyer that that wasn't true through an email. Neither my husband nor I would not recommend this law firm.

Went to law school with Sheila. I remember she worked for a law firm, was raising a family and finished top of the class before anyone else... I have now been lucky enough to work with her on several real estate matters and am equally as impressed! Thank you Sheila!

Mrs. Lake and her team are amazing at what they do! She and her team have always kept me informed on any changes, are easy to get ahold of either by email or phone, Informative when I do not quite understand the language or something that is going on, but her tenacity and dedication to fight for what's right is what I most appreciate. I was in a tough situation when I came to her office by referral but having worked and communicated with her for some time now I can't imagine trusting anyone else as my attorney.

Told us she'd call us back in a week. I called multiple times over 2 months but never got a return phone call. Finally got a call scheduled, but one of her associates, who was totally clueless, called us to tell us they couldn't even represent us.

So much so that after the case was won, a seasoned Pinellas County Deputy made a point of walking over, raising his eyebrows and stating, "Excellent work"! Ms. Lake is the kind of attorney you can trust and keep over a lifetime. She has the skills to handle what you need and we are so lucky to have been referred.

Lake Law Firm was referred by a very close friend but sadly the experience has been absolutely horrible. This matter is extremely important to my family however, the attorney is too busy for her clients and only care about getting paid. She treats your case as if it does not matter. I found myself always checking in only to realize months later that nothing had been done on the case. Big waste of time and money!
