Jenny was so kind to me when I called. She was very empathetic and took so much weight off of my shoulders immediately. The lady I spoken with was delightful she was really patient with me . I was having some technical problems in the beginning when first called. I figured she was either going to hang up on me, have an attitude or something negative I was pleasantly surprised she didn't rush me when we completely engaging a real class act.
