Lambert Firm

I don't recommend them. I lost my family because of this firm. I went to consult about my case, and a secretary attended to me. I explained my situation, and she said there was no problem. After I brought them all my documentation, they called me saying the secretary hadn't done anything. Then a lawyer named Patel took my case and said there wouldn't be any problem. I didn't omit anything; I told them everything. Later, Patel was no longer there. I had my doubts, and that's when I met the lawyer Lambert. Because I had my doubts, I put the case on hold for a year. They called me again, I spoke with Lambert again, and she told me there wouldn't be any problem, so they scheduled the appointment for me to leave the country. I asked her on the last day if everything was alright, and she said yes. My appointment was in November 2024. They denied me, and I couldn't return. I called, and they scheduled an appointment for my husband in January 2025. All she could say was that it was my fault for not answering the questions. That was a lie. She knew I wasn't going to return because they didn't grant the pardon I needed, and that's what she explained in the letter they gave me at the consulate on the day of the appointment. According to her, it was my fault. I never omitted anything in my case. They just said it was possible. I lost money, and most importantly, I lost my family. Then she wanted to charge me $10,000 and told me my case was difficult and that she couldn't guarantee I would return. Why didn't she say the same thing the first time I went?

In 2003, my father was scammed out of more than $4,000; they accepted the immigration case only to get the money, despite knowing that they had no case that could resolve his situation.

They were supposed to help me and then they called me and told me no, they left me in limbo.
