While cycling in the Park City, Ut. area, I was struck from behind by an inattentive driver and suffered multiple injuries including having my triceps tendon in my arm torn from the bone requiring surgery and a brace for three months. A friend recommended Cole Bingham to represent me. Cole is a cyclist himself and that reassured me and he had great empathy for my situation. My situation with the driver was complicated because there were questions as to whether the driver was working or not and of course his personal insurance was at the minimum. Cole managed the situation with aplomb, investigating every nuance and deposing the parties involved while staying in frequent contact and allowing me to express my opinions about each step in the litigation. I felt very well represented and I know I received the maximum award allowed by the circumstances. They set up an appointment with me, had me sit and relive the traumatic experience in detail, send in photos of the whole thing just to call me a day and a half before the appointment to inform me they “ weren’t interested “ in taking my case… I would have to assume it’s because they wouldn’t get enough money out of it… that or it’s because i couldn’t provide the insurance information for the company in question so they would have had to do too much work…. I’m not sure, I didn’t get an explanation, but it was a great waste of my time and only created more emotional turmoil for me…. UPDATE!! I was called multiple times and messaged by the attorney after making my review. After requesting him to not message me again or contact me again he proceeded to message me very unprofessionally saying he didn’t want my case and blaming me for them making an appointment prior to assessing the case properly. I had to block him to avoid any other contact. 1 stars are difficult, but bullying and gaslighting somebody to change their review is wild! I wish nothing but success for the people that do hire through this office! I hope that my experience is an individual one!

Cole gets 5 stars plus!!! I was in a car accident back in 2021. I was very naive about how to go about finding a good attorney. My thoughts were that if they advertised then they must be doing what is best for their clients and getting great results. That is the exact opposite of how attorneys that advertise go about getting settlements. I learned my lesson and many interesting facts about “settlement mills”. It seems to be the insurance companies and attorneys that advertise have an unspoken, unethical relationship. I won’t go into the details. Just make sure you do your research before you chose an attorney. The attorney I went with had my case for over 3 years. I honestly could not tell you what his plan was for my case. I had to have a cervical fusion. I really thought after my surgery he would start putting in some work to get my case settled. He did not. I waited for four months after surgery for him to contact me. That did not happen. I reached out to him to get some answers. All I got was the run around. He had no idea what was going on. I was done with him at that point. Fortunately, I found Cole! He did in 6 months what my other attorney would never have been able to accomplish in the 3 years he had my case. Cole is amazing! He genuinely cares and will do everything he can to get you the best results. He knows what he is doing and if necessary will go to trial. With one well written demand letter, Cole got me a seven figure settlement! There were 3 insurance companies involved. Cole was able to get 2 of them to settle and maintain the ability to pursue settlement with the third insurance company. I highly recommend Cole Bingham!
