Our experience with this law office has been extremely disappointing. From the beginning, the receptionists and front desk staff were consistently rude and dismissive. Every time we called or visited in person, we were met with bad attitudes and unhelpful responses. They often acted as if our questions were an inconvenience, which made an already stressful immigration process even more frustrating. Another major issue was that we were never allowed to speak directly with the lawyer handling our case. No matter how important our concerns were, the receptionists always acted as a barrier, refusing to connect us or even pass along clear information. This lack of communication and basic courtesy made us feel ignored and disrespected. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this office to anyone seeking reliable and respectful service.

Their service was very attentive and fast; they always kept me informed about my case and offered me payment options.

My wife and I decided to hire Attorney Starr, and our case moved very quickly. Although we had to wait several months for a response from USCIS after the final interview, we understood that these processes are currently taking longer than usual. However, Attorney Starr was very diligent and astute, as was his assistant, Li, a very empowered, organized, and detail-oriented woman who seems more like a lawyer herself because of everything she does. They always answered my calls and even met with me in person without an appointment. The payment plan they offered was very affordable. I am very grateful to them all because they were very empathetic to our case. Patience is often necessary, but that's because USCIS has a very heavy workload and many challenges. I recommend them 100%.

My family hired Lance for our family's immediate proceeding hearing in 2009 and were faced with very little time to take quick action. His work was successful and we won our cases! The payment plan was awesome and very much appreciated too. He cares about his clients and his team are very alert to emails.

Hmm. Took too long ( 1year and 5 months) for a simple phone call and this office unresponsive until I kept pestering for updates. Just my humble opinion though. Had I not complained, this office would not have given anything. hahaha

The lawyer is very good, excellent work. But his assistant and his secretary provide very, very bad service, very unprofessional and without education.

Lance Starr was my attorney in 2012 to 2019 he fought so much for me he represented me in a cancellation of removal. He appear personally in each court hearing and worked with my local attorney to release me from custody and fight my case. He made possible for me to be released from jail and continue the fight from outside. In the long process he was able to support my case in making the immigration Judge see the hardship my deportation will cause to my family. In the end I was deported and I had a different attorney fight my appeal with BIA. In the end because Lance C Start was able to prove the hardship, my new attorney was amazed of Lance and my case was remanded to the immigration court again. This time the immigration judge granted me the reliefs and Permanent Residency. The fight is over and I am forever grateful to Lance. He was the master and maker of immigration fight. His team and everyone that was on my side. Thank you and you want this team on your side. LANCE WE DID IT!! Thank you!! ☺️ Forever grateful to Lance and his team.

Very very bad receptionist. We e called 5 times and she can hardly speak English, and disconnects the call. Very disappointed.

Hundred emails and phone calls done..(have copies)..haven't responded and refunded $800 of my ex overpaid fees .... Even though before leaving US they (Lance and Li) promised to return that credit if the case would not be pursued futher....(main case of cancelation of removal lost by them too)..bunch of sweet liers...bank account provided..address of Utah friends provided for return.. probably will have excuse that used for some paperwork or email or letters just to keep the money.....shame on you all...God is witness....
