I was so pleased working with Mark at Lancer Law. It's always a gamble to try out a new business attorney. I've had my share of some that didn't know what they were doing. Mark was not only knowledgeable, he actually thought through the many options available and explained them to me in a way that was easy to understand. Mark did not push me to go to court. Rather, Mark said it would not be worth it financially and that we should try and settle the case. Spot on. I'm very grateful to have worked with this firm.

Regarding the matter I put before them, Lancer Law was prompt, efficient, was able to answer my questions completely, and covered my concerns 110%. I reached out to Lancer law due to a problem with a 2nd loan I had on my home. I could not get a straight answer from the mortgage company. I had tried for 5 years. I spoke to Mark Heckele, managing Partner and he advised what needed to be done. He kept me informed every step of the way. He sent the mortgage company the paperwork to release the lien due to the statutes of limitations in AZ and advised they had 20 days to respond. They responded on the 26th day with a lien release. The amount of joy to finally put this behind me was a gift from the heavens. I cannot thank Mark and his team enough. I highly recommend Lancer Law, they went above and beyond. I am one relieved human being.

My attorney was my hero!!!! Mark Heckele helped me with a probate issue where relatives were not distributing the assets. He worked weekends and days off for me, returned emails within minutes, always kept in touch and made sure that I thoroughly understood what was going on and guided me into a successful outcome. I have been asked to retract my review. So I will be clearer. We provided a contract for the attorney before our meeting so they could be prepared for our consultation, and it was clear that they had never received it. Additionally, we made it clear that we were under a tight timeline, so that was a requirement for us. Even with this information, they moved our appointment by 24 hours and then showed up unprepared.

I was very fortunate given the name Jerry Giordano, Lancer Law.first meeting andiscussing impending legal problem, he provided expert advice and guidance then and throughout the duration of a settlement of the problem. This was my first introduction to legal/court system, and I am most grateful Jerry was there as my Attorney. The front desk person who answered my call was typing for several minutes while I was told to hold. I could hear him typing furiously and breathing heavily. Then he said, "sorry, I'm working on something else". Then he continued typing and breathing heavily as I told him my issue and that I needed to speak/employ one of the attorneys, he kept on typing. He then impatiently told me no one will talk to me today but he can take my info and see if anyone would be interested! I began to give him my information, and out of the blue he said "so this is you and your spouse having an issue?" I never said anything of the sort! Not even close. This guy didn't hear a word I said! Unfortunately this kind of behavior reflects very badly on this firm as they installed someone to represent their practice who lacks interest and literally makes up stories. Find yourselves a new person to answer calls!

I was referred to Mark Heckele after a terrible experience with a previous attorney (that I had to fire) during the very stressful time of my mother's sudden passing. Mark was professional but personable and was a GREAT advocate in assisting me in navigating the process of being appointed as the Personal Representative for her estate. But, I was most appreciative of two main things: #1 Mark's quick response whenever I called or emailed. Even if he was not in the office at the moment, he made sure to make contact with me as soon as possible later that day or the next. And #2 Mark's honesty. Sadly. that's something people don't usually equate to attorney's, but Mark really was/is the exception to the stereotype of lawyers. He always told me the truth about how things were going, what was in my best interest in how to handle certain, very unusual situations that came up during the process, etc. It took 5 long years to settle my mother's estate & I honestly don't think I would have made it through with my sanity if it hadn't been for Mark's guidance & support. I would HIGHLY recommend him for any legal matters!!

I can’t say enough about the positive experience I had with Mark Heckele and his team regarding my deceased father’s estate. After several frustrating months of dealing with an attorney I had retained who continued to fumble through what should have been a simple estate closing I was fortunate enough to find Mark who was quick to right the ship and get things done. He was very responsive, attentive, and clearly explained what had gone awry and quickly did what needed to be done to get things buttoned up.
