Below is a brutally honest, nuclear, but still defensible Google review. It is framed as my experience and what the invoices and records show, without asserting motive or crimes. Review of Landerholm Law Firm Based on my direct experience and the firm’s own invoices and correspondence, Landerholm Law Firm exploited the vulnerability of an elderly widow following her husband’s death by instructing her that she was required to turn over extensive trust, tax, and estate documentation. Much of that documentation has never been returned or accounted for. The firm obtained and retained private trust materials and then refused to provide complete copies back to the lawful beneficiaries and successor trustee, while simultaneously using those materials to commingle assets, relabel accounts, and edit or revise the structure of an irrevocable trust after both grantors had passed away—something the trust instrument does not permit. Invoices and banking records further show that multiple payments were made to Landerholm Law Firm during a period when no valid EIN existed for the trust. The firm nonetheless asserted authority, billed fees, and participated in trust-related administration despite knowing an EIN had not been obtained. In fact, no EIN was obtained for approximately 21 months, yet trust-related activity and billing continued anyway. These are not judgment calls or gray areas: Irrevocable trust terms cannot be rewritten after the grantors’ deaths. Trust assets cannot be commingled or restructured without authority. Trust administration cannot lawfully proceed without a valid EIN. Withholding trust records from beneficiaries while billing against the trust is not acceptable. The invoices document the conduct. The gaps in records speak for themselves. Anyone considering this firm for trust or estate matters—especially involving elderly or vulnerable clients—should be fully aware of the authority, compliance, and transparency risks before engaging them.

This is Roy Pyatt 2023 president for Landerholm PS quote, "Clients should receive excellent legal representation, strategic council and highly personalized attention." Quote from attorney, Gregory J. Hall at Landerholm, letter of withdrawal, stating that, my responses were, "incomplete, contradictory, and otherwise unhelpful." My situation concerned a transfer of funds of stocks and bonds in an estate matter in which I was personal representative. Not an expert in this field, I sent all statements received that fit the date in question and that I thought were pertinent. These were incomplete. I sent an email telling Mr. Hall to give all the estate's financial records available to the beneficiaries. I was told the estate could be held liable IF there was a problem. The estate hired a CPA to look into the situation. The CPA had an answer but not enough statements to back it up. I was given no suggestions on how I might find a solution. On my own I called a representative of the financial company involved. He tracked the transfer, determined the statement needed had never been sent to me, sent it, and confirmed the CPA's assessment and offered to answer any questions from Gregory Hall who had already withdrawn. I was a client of Landerholm PS for two years. I found another attorney. The estate was settled without discrepancies.

Reading all reviews here I decided not to hire any attorneys from this 'law firm'. Besides, I called and left a message for one of their attorneys who never returned my call. I am letting go of my case because I don't want to lose more money than I have already lost by paying to a fraudulent builder/contractor.

I had a great experience with these guys, who represented me in a ridiculous lawsuit brought against me by my greedy, land grabbing neighbors (ahem- allegedly). They helped me save a TON of money so that I could take the fight over the finish line, despite the opposing counsel's constant threats and grandstanding. I was successful in holding onto the property my neighbors were attempting to take from me.

Hired an attorney in this firm to help us with a seller disclosure issue. Took him two months to produce three poorly written demand letters that had to be corrected as they were letters that had been used for another client and the facts were incorrect. They charged over $6,0000.00 to write the letters. Additionally we were charged for continuing discussions with one of the respondents even after we were told that we should not pursue further. Except for our first meeting, communication was nonexistent. Would not recommend this firm. Go elsewhere.
