Came to them with abuse case and Mark STRUNG ME ALONG FOR 6 MONTHS on wether he would except the case. Then has a Zoom meeting with me to tell me a diatribe of reasons why I'm not worth spending a couple grand on. When you try to say anything in response, he cuts you off with a shity, I'm better than you attitude. Has zero empathy as a human being. RUN AWAY!!!

Mark took care of me. I had a difficult case with the Archdiocese. Mark walked me through the whole ordeal. He explained everything clearly & managed my expectations while fighting on my behalf. It was a long process & at no point did I feel alone. Without Lane Brown I would never had any justice.

If you are a healthcare provider treating a client represented by Mr. Oliver Shindler, beware! They will ask for a settlement reduction without providing the reason why. When pressed, they will adjudicate your lien causing you to hire an attorney to argue this in court. Of course, the judge ruled in my favor because of the Illinois Healthcare Services Lien Act. This is nothing more than a money grab by Mr. Shindler. Check to see who is representing your patient, if it is Oliver Shindler, use caution. You are gaining an unhealthy reputation at such an early time in your career Mr. Shindler !

After being rear-ended by a delivery truck on a family day trip to Chicago, which resulted in a serious injury for my mother who was a passenger in my car, we were in need of a good attorney. Three months before our wedding, we were on our way to church when we were in a very bad car accident. I sustained several crush injuries to my face, hand, arm etc. We were also building a house at the time.
