Tom literally seemed not to care throughout my experience regarding an important OVI charge that could've been easily defeated/reduced. His preparation was minimal. His communication was sporadic and - during a very trying ordeal - I certainly grew to understand that he couldn't be counted on. I was embarrassed as he frequently misspoke or relayed the incorrect details during all the pretrial interactions. Clearly, the paycheck is the focus and the defense is secondary. Do yourself a favor and stay FAR AWAY from here.
