Easy to find in Lexington. We brought our medical bills to be copied, since we had so many pages. I figured I could have a Nice drive and road trip, out to them and back to South KCMO. A lot of history around their office. Five restaurants around along the same street, short walk. Even for someone that had a broken neck (C6), ear ripped lose (seen back as perfectly as possible), degloved left hand (4 surgeries left to do). Car crash 11-20-24. This trip made me feel normal to a degree, better than sitting at home recovering.

Very bad communication takes weeks even months for a call back and if you have a serious problem good luck with any call back do not recommend waste of your money and time 3 years to settle a simple case with me only talking to the lawyer 5 times and met 3 and they went to court without me. Tried daily phone calls and emails to be ignored I wouldnt even give them 1 star but that's not an option

Wonderful people. Expensive....but worth every dime!!!

L&E did everything they said they would until the end of negotiations. After refusing a offer thru the mail a phone call with L&E lawyers on the case advised me to accept the offer and if I received anything above and beyond the offer it was all on me. Her words. Well, I myself, had two conversations with the special master . Imagine a conversation with someone in charge of a settlement payment spread from coast to coast and border to border,I it was quite intimidating. By me sticking to my guns, the second conversation with the general master paid off in a big way. The above and beyond I went to gave them 41% of it. L&E are heavy hitters doing what they do and there damn good at it. With me going "above and beyond" they were able to recieve an additional payment I negotiated.

This law firm is outstanding!!! When they first contacted me regarding a GM Ignition Switch recall, I thought why not, I thought I might get a couple of hundred dollars so why not. My first call with them was getting all the information related to my accident and health issues going forward. I thought that I would have to get all of my medical records, MRI Disc’s, PT documents, surgeries, and neurological issues etc. No they did EVERYTHING for me! Their staff was amazing!! They kept in constant contact with me throughout the whole ordeal. It took a few years but wow, I couldn’t believe how much they worked on this for ALL THE PARTIES involved!
