I have had past experiences with the need for legal services in both professional and personal capacities. With that said, I would have to consider Lanier Law Group to be the best firm that I have retained for legal aid. I just kept getting nowhere by myself with the social security administration. I’m sure it’s meant to discourage anyone trying to get the help they need. Kim at Lanier Law Group was quick to answer any question I had. I really appreciate the time that she took to talk with me and help me navigate everything.

I first spoke with a gentleman named Chris. Who gathered preliminary information from and was very professional. Then I spoke with a gentleman named Jim. Who was nothing short of incredible. He was very knowledgeable about information surrounding getting my case started. He also made me feel very comfortable and explained information that I was unsure or didn't understand properly. Overall the entire experience was great I wasn't sure about hiring a lawyer for this particular instance in case but after speaking with both Chris and Jim I'm completely confident in Lanier law group and that my case will be resolved.

Due to the nature of how I was raised and professions I have held, my faith and trust in law firms has never existed. But if more firms had individuals like Jim Kale it would change the perception across the board. He spoke with me on a level I could understand. I really appreciated the Lanier Law Group when I had a claim that was denied by insurance. They assign you a paralegal and they are like your direct contact person for updates and such. Mine was Lindsay Chriscoe and she was amazing. She answered all of my questions well and followed up every time there was an update.
