Waste of time , useless

My whole experience with Lanier law group was smooth, they kept me updated and inform every step of the way. Seeing as this was my first accident and all I didn’t know what to expect but I feel like they did a wonderful job. Amy Williams did a wonderful job on closing out everything and delivering wonderful news applied the right amount of pressure and kept me updated throughout the snow days and all. Sonia Pelaez, Robin Lawhorn and Kimberly White were very patient with me in the beginning when the accident was still fresh very professional, informative and worked fast and efficiently to get everything going and closing that case. Christopher Payne did a wonderful job of handling my case when the day came to meet with adjusters, broke everything down, drew up a game plan and made it happen. I don’t wish an accident on anyone but if you’re seeing this I feel like this is a wonderful option for individuals needing help.

This was a horrible experience for my family. It was an extremely sensitive subject and I was told we will fight for your family. They didn't even try! They changed so many paralegals and I had to explain a difficult situation over and over again. Just to be told, we don't feel like this is worth our $$$. What about fighting for justice? You can't fight criminally and then the poor communication was HORRIBLE!! JUST HORRIBLE! They admit they dropped the ball on our case and I hate I wasted my time. Never again will I allow myself to go thru this. It had been a waste of two years!!​
