January 2014 an eradic driver Hit Me partially head on causing me back and leg injuries. I had to attend physical therapy for 6 Weeks and since I've discovered that I now have degeneration of the spine, phase 2!! My 22 year career ended last year as I struggle to get approved for SSDI. Well, I am sharing my story regarding this office. When my case was being bounced back and forth between this office and Hartford insurance, the attorney here told me one day on the phone that people in my area are slow and No one would ever award me any money!! Remember I'm the one that was injured and NOW I'm unemployed seeking disability because my condition has worsened. On the day we arrived to this office, previously I had asked to see the check from the insurance company. I was never provided this information but given a check for $6,000 dollars and told that this is "reimbursement". Yet on their website, people that had been rearended "supposedly" received 100s of thousands in compensation. Well, after some investigating after 4 years, I understand the insurance company PAYS a lot more than what I was provided. The next steps from here is to have this Law group investigated and a complaint to be filed with the NC Insurance Commission for criminal investigation(s).
