Absolutely terrible experience — avoid at all costs. Do NOT hire this law firm for a Child Custody Case!!!! This is by far the worst law firm and attorney I have ever encountered. Sherry Langford was completely incompetent and caused serious harm to my case. From the beginning, it felt like my matter was not a priority. Instead of working on my case, she spent more time filing motions to withdraw over payment issues than actually doing her job as an attorney!!!! Her communication was dishonest and contradictory. She would say one thing and then put something entirely different in writing. I repeatedly caught her in lies, all of which I have documented in emails. My case was mishandled so badly and caused serious harm to my case, that I ultimately had to fire this law firm and retain new counsel—thankfully, before even more damage was done. This lady was busy running a Yoga studio instead of doing a job that her law firm was busy draining my account - rough figure of over $40, 000. The final breaking point was when she claimed she had “no knowledge” of the final hearing date, which is simply unacceptable for any competent attorney. I personally contacted the court and confirmed the information myself. This attorney was deceptive, unreliable, and unprofessional. If you value your case and more importantly your time and money, do not hire this firm. Learn from my experience and RUN, RUN and i strongly recommend to look for legal representation elsewhere! Overall, I found this attorney to be unprofessional, unreliable, and misleading.

Ms. Lankford and her team were incredibly supportive and patient throughout my divorce process. I was extremely anxious, and they took the time to explain each step as many times as I needed. Ms. Lankford helped me work toward a fair and appropriate settlement for my children and me. Mr. Moore also guided me through the financial aspects with transparency and clearly explained all of my options.

I would like to thank Atty. Tyler Moore for helping me in a traffic ticket case. It original charge was 25 miles over the limit. To make matter worse, I resided in a state that is 1000 miles away. The citation was issued during COVID-19 so all the courts were in judicial emergency. Atty. Moore took care of everything without me showing up to court. During the representation, he was fairly responsive to my questions and emails. I am pleased with the result (Reduced to a no point charge).
