However, you are not represented by this office, in which you gave 1 star and a negative review.<br><br>To clarify: This Lapin Law Offices is located in Lincoln, Nebraska. We represent clients for cases in Nebraska. We do not practice nor represent clients with cases in any other state. We have no record of you ever contacting this office. We have not collected any money from you. In short, we do not have not not ever represented you.<br><br>In looking at your other reviews, they are all in Texas. I believe you reviewed the wrong law office. In doing an internet search, I found two law offices in Texas that contain “Lapin” in their name. Mr. Truax:<br><br>You have never been represented by Lapin Law Offices or even contacted our office about representation.<br><br>It appears the entire basis for your 1 Star review is that one of your relatives is currently being sued by one of our clients. This is not a sufficient basis for you express a genuine review of this office and appears to based solely on your bias toward your relative, which is understandable, but not a proper basis to provide a review.<br><br>I am not going to comment on the lawsuit nor any of its facts so as to protect the privacy of our client and your relative as well as being contentious of our ethical obligations regarding statements not made in court that could be materially prejudice either our client or your relative.<br><br>I would respectfully request you remove your Review as it plainly violates Google’s Review Policy as it relates to “Conflict of Interest.”<br><br>Thank you.
