Follow ups were immediate and any and or all questions were answered promptly and completely. I live in Texas and LaPorte is based in California and the time zone and distance differences had zero impact on any of our 100% remote interactions. Honestly cannot recommend enough. (additionally I am a disabled veteran and they were incredibly knowledgeable about the nuances of the VA, the VA medical system and all things related which was an amazing benefit)
