Best attorney I have EVER had hands down. If you or someone you know was injured, Nick is your guy. He not only knows the ins and outs of his specialty, he's got experience on both sides of it having first worked for insurance companies for over 20 years. I was badly hurt in an automobile accident that was not my fault and my only mistake was waiting so long to contact this office. Once I hired Nick everything else became so much easier and the stress of it all nearly fell away entirely. The insurance companies never even made an offer because they knew it was an insult. Nick was able to help me get the totality of both policies in the end. He went through all of my medical records which was a feat in itself and even informed me of things I was never made aware of. They were able to help me line out the medical elements of my case as well when no other Dr would touch my situation to that point. The staff in this office actually care about their clients and their due diligence shows that. If you're looking for an attorney who feels like a friend, look no further than this office. This definitely seems to be the firm to hire if you're wanting an unearned paycheck & want to file a frivilous lawsuit in an attempt to procure the same & slow the civil process for actually injured people who desperately need those wheels to turn. They pick up clients who make unfounded & undocumented injury claims against small, sole proprietorships, seemingly based on a couple ne'er-do-wells who produced ZERO documentation, medical records, mental health records, employment/wage records, etc to back their phantasmagorical claims.
