I honestly don’t even know where to start with my experience. I 1000% do not recommend this law firm. Long story short, by the end of everything I was basically fighting my own so-called lawyer just to get my check. They say they only take 33%, but somehow it feels like they walk away with more than you do. I also don’t understand why they’re called lawyers, because they didn’t go after the person who actually caused the accident. The guy hit me going about 60 mph while I was stopped at a red light, and he basically walked away without any consequences. Instead of going after him, they just filed insurance claims. In the end, they went after my own insurance because the other driver didn’t have coverage. On top of that, it took months to finally get my check even after my insurance had already released the money. I could go into a lot more detail, but honestly after dealing with these people I’m just mentally exhausted. At this point I’d rather walk away. It almost feels like the process is designed to wear you down so you’ll just settle for whatever at the end.
