I do not recommend you hire this gentleman. When I hired him,he said my case was winnable.Had a false report put on me and this was just a hearsay case.He seemed like he was working with prosecutors or friends with them. He said prosecutors were going to use my kids against me and that they were witnesses..My kids were not witnesses.When I said I wanted evidence, he never got me anything. He was only worried about his other trials .innocent guy with a conviction now .said was best to take a plea deal..Never did a thing to find evidence I was innocent..Saw his reviews and trusted this guy with my life which was a huge mistake on my part.He was given to me by texas law shield. He even called my only witness and threatened her with jail..everything on report he showed me was a lie, even the car I drove was one I do not own..He said somewhere in there it has your vehicle. Of course it does but that's coming from police. Was yelling at me before court like I was guilty,telling me what I should of done..I should of just fired him.He will probably say I got him a great deal but for being innocent a conviction is Still what it is..Didn't care I'm a hard working dad with 2 beautiful daughters. I will over come this but will never again trust this gentleman .God bless🏀🏀Ridiculous this guy's response.I think you know what you did and how you did absolutely nothing. You scared my only witness threatening her with jail if she helped me.Also I found out cps has no record of my files.I will seek another representative and find out who got rid of those files.Sad he even says here witness wanted to change her report and that is when he scared her off and threatened jail time which is false on his part cause the one getting arrested would have been the victim and she would of been there to testify. Such a bogus attorney and I will be reaching out to the board as well .He stuck me in a small room before we approached the Judge and said I should take plea cause I could get alot of jail time.I wasn't even giving a chance to speak.I told him to pull cps cassette tape of the confession, because she confessed to cps as well and he would not on the multiple times I asked him.

Larry was a bedrock of sanity in a process that was otherwise quite unreal and took fully three years. Larry made sure I always knew what was happening, what was expected to happen next, and how we would approach each specific issue that might arise as we went through the process. In the end, the DA's office spent three years threatening to try me, and offering a frankly ridiculous plea deal (not that I ever entertained it), before dropping the charges when they realized (with some prompting from Larry himself) that they didn't have a case and probably should have saved us all the time and stress by looking at it properly much earlier. I was very lucky to have Larry in my corner: He knew his stuff, he knew the people who would be potentially trying to prosecute me, and he made sure he knew me and the details of everything that occurred. I didn't have to go to trial, in the end, but I was confident we would have won even if we had, because Larry had covered all the bases and already knew what he needed to say in court.
