DO NOT GO TO James! The lack of urgency on a filing that had to go out immediately was astounding. When i expressed my dissatisfaction and said I didn’t want to proceed with him, he said he will return my money. WHICH HE DID NOT. Not only did i do the filing myself, I also lost $500 for nothing.
