As a client withLarsn Latham Huettl. I have never seen such incompitance, uninformed, unproffestional Buisness. I paid my ex wife more than my sighned aggrement as my lawyer just let it happen.
Horrible! They comtinue to try to charge me for an amount! After everything is settled! Then I call to talk to someone and they use profanity! Ask me if I’m drinkinking! Unprofessional something about there system failed and I got charges for like four months of interest charges! I talk to a lawyer that in return uses profanity towards me! Only cause I want to make sure I am free and clear! There is better firms out there don’t use these guys!
Dear Joshua: <br><br>Please note that I wasn't involved in the recent communications referenced above, nor have I been involved with you regarding any of your past dealings with our firm. I only became involved after receiving notice of the review you posted. To get to the bottom of your accusations, I talked to those involved. I was informed that you were told a clerical mistake was made, it would be corrected, and the outstanding balance on your account would be removed. You then falsely posted that our firm "continue[s] to try to charge" you. Because of the false allegations, I feel compelled to respond.<br><br>I was also informed that you were exceedingly belligerent, disrespectful, and verbally abusive to certain employees of our firm. With respect to the question about whether you were drinking, I was able to confirm that it did occur and that it was prompted by your slurred speech as readily observed by two separate employees. Moreover, I independently researched your public record, particularly court filings, and confirmed you have an alcohol-related conviction and were alleged by your ex-wife to have abused alcohol.<br><br>As you were informed, the clerical error will be corrected. Took the time to explain everything and listened when asked a question

Required almost $800 retainer fee after we paid it. They then convinced us we had no case. Told us we’d receive a refund that was back in May. It’s now August I’ve called. I’ve left messages still no refund.
I am extremely dissatisfied with the lawyer we hired from this firm. It was a case where we provided all witnesses, evidence, and everything he needed to make successful case. The lawyer would go for months with no correspondence. He would say one thing and do another. He drug this case out for over a year and didn't do anything positive for this case. He basically took thousands and thousands of dollars. Then at the very end after I told him we are done, they then sued us for more money. Go elsewhere. This was a $25,000 waste of money and time! I would have given zero stars had that been an option.

Please understand that litigation is quite risky and it involves two or more competing parties who have very different viewpoints. Call was prompt after submitting a request but the person who called was so incredibly rude I won't be hiring them for our adoption. -Actually you kept asking me over and over if there was an "order" which I don't know. I don't what you mean by that. You wouldn't let me explain what I did know, which is the bioparents don't have rights and the child is free to adopt. I had been prompted by our adoption case worker to hire an attorney to complete the adoption.

I simply asked a question that is key to your situation and, after you said you didn't know the answer, you immediately hung up on me without any opportunity to further discuss your situation. A judge blatantly denied me my right to defend myself in court and based her judgements on her personal feelings towards me because of my religious beliefs. Violating my right to a fair trial and my religious rights. Because system corruption has engulfed basic rights and beacuse most people dont have a religion so they dont care about others, the lawyer sounded like he wanted to laugh when I explained what was going on. Why would I call again Called. Treated me like an idiot. Lawyers used to be around to help people. Now they just help uphold a corrupt system so they stay relevant and can charge outrageous prices. If you question the corrupt system they treat you like an idiot

I worked with Dean Haas at this firm regarding my father’s wrongful death and I have no complaints whatsoever. Dean got my family the maximum amount back from the insurance company and did all the footwork that was needed. I would 100% recommend this firm as well as Dean to anyone looking.
