This Law Firm consulted me on a case, took the case, made me sign documents that I was retaining them to represent me and after communicating for 4 months I never heard from Christine LaSalvia again. No call, no text , not even an email. Super unprofessional and disrespectful.

Christine LaSalvia is very personable and helped me every step of the way. She never made me feel like I was bothering her. She personally returned my calls promptly and her assistant kept me updated through email. They are a very thorough team with true compassion. I would highly recommend this law firm they go above and beyond. I wish I could give 10 stars. ❤️

Christine was great to have working on my case. There were lots of hurdles that were presented during the case and it took longer than expected to settle, but she kept open communication throughout the whole process. Due to circumstances out of her control the settlement was for less than we'd expected but she ended up waiving the attorney fees to make sure I got a little more in the end. Thank you Christine!

Christine LaSalvia and Brian Palmer were the best attorney’s that I could have ever asked for. Christine and Brian took care of my needs when I was unable to do so following my MVA. They handled my case with professionalism and made me feel at ease throughout the entire process. They both worked diligently to get me what I deserved and explained the entire process to me along the way. The entire staff in her law office were amazing and always returned my phone calls/emails promptly. I can not imagine going through this terrible ordeal without them! It was a pleasure working with all of you. I would highly recommend this law firm. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

10 days before the 2yr statute of limitations to file suit… my mom and dad are hit with a $50,000 lawsuit for a fender bender. My mother who wasn’t even in the car is being sued because she allowed my dad to drive the vehicle. The car belongs to both of them. They were both on the insurance. What kind of person thinks it’s ok to try and squeeze that much money out of two retired people? My mother is dying of cancer and now she is being sued for something she had zero to do with. My father who was the driver was stone cold sober. Not speeding. And had my 11yr old daughter in the front seat. There was no recklessness on his part AT ALL. Yes he was sighted as responsible because it was a left hand turn at a light. A green light may I add. HOWEVER, even the cop said he felt bad writing him the ticket because many witnesses saw the woman pull out and in front of him at a high speed.I think it’s disgusting that as a personal injury lawyer who claims to have her clients best interest at heart, be so low as to file a claim such as this. This is an obvious money grab. An ambulance chasing lawyer looking to take advantage of a sick dying woman and her husband. We should be suing the plaintiff for pain and suffering. My father has ptsd from this. My daughter who was in the car still has nightmares. The stress of this has only made things worse on my mothers health. AND don’t get me started about how being without a car after the accident prevented her from going to chemotherapy. There’s a special place for lawyers and people who file claims like this. A very special place.

Response from owner

I’m very sorry to hear of these distressing circumstances, and I genuinely empathize with the challenges your family is enduring, particularly given your mother's health condition.

I would like to clarify that, in cases such as this one, our objective is not to directly seek damages from the individuals involved. Rather, we are seeking damages from the insurance company. Unfortunately, Ohio law mandates that we sue the driver and owner of the vehicle in order to pursue the claim in court. We cannot sue the insurance company directly, even when the dispute primarily concerns the insurance coverage.

I can see how a suit like this would give the impression that I am after your parent’s assets, but I want to assure you that my sole interest is in pursuing the insurance coverage to pay damages to my client. I have no intention whatsoever of causing additional financial hardship to your parents.

My thoughts and prayers are with your mother, and I regret that this situation has taken an additional emotional toll on your family. I would be more than willing to discuss the specifics with you directly and provide a detailed explanation of the legal aspects involved. I encourage you to reach out to me directly at christine@lasalvia-law.com, so we can address your concerns.

I worked with Christine LaSalvia and LaSalvia Law for a year to get my case settled. I was extremely happy with the outcome and her process. She communicated proactively along the way and I could tell she was putting in the work on my behalf between our meetings. If needed again, I will call Christine LaSalvia for help.

My husband and I have been with Christine since before she branched out and started her own practice. Anytime we need an attorney she’s the first and last person we call. We’re always satisfied with her hard work and results. We’ve sent family members to her law office and they were pleased. I trust her. She’s extremely knowledgeable and has an answer for every one of my questions. She’s there for us. She knows the law, inside and out, and guides us through the complexity of our legal battles every step of the way. Thank you Christine for all that you do!

Completely unprofessional. Harassed my family for a week. Lied about who she was and who she worked for. Called and harassed our neighbors and family members threatening them. All to avoid paying the $15 fee the post office charges to serve someone. On one occasion called me 9 times in 15 minutes continuing to be beligerant until i blocked her number. Just completely disgusting behavior.

Response from owner

Hello Andrew,
We apologize that you had this experience, but it did not happen with our firm. Not only do we have zero record of your name in our systems, we have nobody on our team who would behave in the way you have described, for any reason.
