Not to sure how to word this but not the best experience you never speak or know ur lawyer name the say they care and there for you but not really

If I could give ZERO stars, I absolutely would. I was recommended this law firm by a family friend, and I deeply regret trusting them with my case. It’s been nearly three years since I filed my claim, and absolutely nothing has been done. Every time I call, I’m met with the “assistant” Victoria, who has no answers and can’t provide any updates. Her response is always the same: “Someone will call you back.” Spoiler alert: No one ever does. The lack of communication and professionalism is off the charts. I feel completely ignored, and it's clear they don't care about their clients. This firm is either incompetent or outright scamming people out of their settlements. The recent positive reviews? I wouldn’t be surprised if they were fake or paid for. Do yourself a favor and avoid this firm at all costs. There are plenty of attorneys in Houston who actually know what they’re doing and treat their clients with respect. Save your time and money – this firm is a waste. UPDATE- after 3.5 long years the case has finally been settled.

Tom is experienced and lovely. He won two awards for me in two cases—one related to travel insurance, one related to personal injury in a car accident. Highly recommend.
