Wrote a character letter on behalf of my husband, and because it didn’t meet her standards she wouldn’t use it. I wrote what I felt was important to be said, my husband read it before I sent it to her. The blatant disregard for what her client approves is ridiculous. Not happy with her representation of my husband as she seems to think what is in his best interest is not letting those of us who actually know him speak on his behalf.
