When I went into Lauren Taylor Law and met Alex, she did not know what she was getting herself into. I took her an almost impossible divorce to get through and she tackled it with grace and compassion. Alex gave me my life back, she fought for me, for my kids, and for my freedom! Had an appointment for a consult and due to my own obligations as a business owner, I had to cancel a couple of times. When I tried to reschedule, I was told by reception that the attorney “ No longer wanted to consult with me”. I find it hard to believe that an attorney who should be used to scheduling changes would react like that. Anyway, it worked out good because I didn’t think I would want to be represented by someone who would act like that.

I was told by my ex that he thought we’d be “better off as friends.” in September 2024. At the time, I was going through probate for my dad’s estate. I asked the real estate attorney if she had any recommendations for a family court lawyer. She reached out to a Facebook group & LTL was the top recommended. So I filled out the online info form one night to see what my rights would be going through this divorce. Talking with Alex on the phone definitely made me nervous but after a big life changing event that expedited my need for an attorney to file, I met with Alex & was immediately at ease with her. She was kind & truly cared about me. Without Alex, I don’t think I’d be in such a good position after mediation. She has shown me what it’s like to take hold of your life after feeling like you have no control. She has empowered me not only as a woman but as a person. Client did all of the leg work, yet the attorney was too preoccupied with other things to prepare properly. Communication was nonexistent, resulting in numerous emails, which they billed at a rate of $600 each without the clients knowledge or consent. Kept clients almost $100k in home equity without consent or documentation. Also unlawfully made agreements without clients consent, an issue which they are currently dealing with in the supreme court due to violations. Look it up for yourself before losing your money.

After my mother‘s passing, I needed guidance on both family matters and setting up a new LLC. The council I received was incredibly helpful during a difficult time. The process of establishing a new business with smooth and efficient I would highly recommend this firm to anyone seeking reliable legal support.
