They have totally dropped the ball on my disability paperwork. I was issued ongoing benefits which is not correct as I am back to work. I notified my lawyer back in November and they told me they have to send social security a letter explaining that I am not entitled to ongoing benefits, they STILL have not submitted that paperwork and now I am in a position where I owe money to social security. I keep getting the same response and empty promises. Nothing has been handled in a timely manner and this is not acceptable at all. Thousands in fees for them to continuously drop the ball is just awful.

I had this awful firm one time, probably the worst representation you can have for an injured worker. I changed attorney's and had a much better outcome. As matter of fact my settlement was way more. I would of thought Alex and and his wonderful crisco laden hair would have done better, but I was wrong.

Don't walk RUN from this law firm. Worst representation I've ever experienced they screwed up every portion of my case both work disability and social security ended up costing me a 20 thousand dollar overpayment with social security. If you work for nys and need a attorney do not listen to the union and hire these guys . Find another attorney and a firm with knowledge and time to dedicate and serve you the injured worker.
