I called in mid-January, a secretary answered and took my name and number and said an attorney would call me back. I received no return call. So I called again a few days later, I wanted to make sure that they had my correct number in the event that this was the reason that I hadn't heard from them. This time I was sent to an answering device, I left a message. Now a month later, I yet to have anybody call me back; no attorney, no secretary, nobody. Not even so much as a call from anyone to even decline taking my case. I know attorneys get busy, everyone gets busy, but this is just inconsiderate, a complete lack of regard for others. I moved on to another attorney and I recommend anyone looking for an attorney, to do the same.

Joseph Udell is a very thorough attorney. Joe helped us revise our living trust. We’ve done this three or four times over our lifetime. I thought I had a pretty good understanding of How trusts work but this time, my wife and myself and Joseph looked at every page of everything the will the trust the power of attorney’s and explained it to us and I didn’t know half as much as I thought, so we were really appreciative of this.
