I met with him and paid the $400 consultation fee. He said it was going to be $6,000 to obtain him. I told him what I could pay and when I could pay. He told me a price to get things going, and set a monthly payment. I agreed to his terms. I had an appointment with him the following Monday to give him a payment. He reneged on our agreement, and said he needed the full amount. I told him I couldn't do that, and what about our agreed upon price and I asked what did I need to do. He said I should've gotten it in writing and told me to leave. This case was a labor related case. As I was reaching for the door handle he told me good luck on my next job cause I was gonna loose this one. I wouldn't recommend him not because he asked for the money up front, but because he has no integrity. I said what was on my mind and then left. After I calmed down I called him and HE apologized to me for his actions. In our first in counter he told me he would eat if he was stressed. He is by medical definition morbidly obese. I bet he's eating doughnuts or cake right now.

Daniel Ellis is recognized as the go to guy in East Tennessee for security clearance work, which is a big deal with ORNL in our backyard.
