Charles Baron did a superior job representing me and my neighbors in a heavily-litigated land use & zoning case against Miami-Dade County and a developer. The County had approved a high-rise medical building that would have towered over our single-family homes. Our pleas to change the plan to protect our property values and privacy were ignored. We knew we needed the help of a great litigator and turned to Charles after seeing his track record of prevailing in similar cases. He filed lawsuits challenging the County's approval on several legal grounds, including under-estimating the traffic impact and conflict with the County Master Plan. The developer hired a "top-gun" large Miami law firm. Charles was cleaning their clock at trial, causing the Judge, in the middle of trial, to say, "I strongly suggest that the parties try to get this case settled, RIGHT NOW!" The developer then gave in and changed the plan to a low-rise that would fit our neighborhood. I highly recommend and trust Charles!

Mr. Baron represented our non-profit organization in a contract dispute with a technology service provider that was litigated in Miami-Dade Circuit Court, with an excellent outcome. He has also provided very useful advice on a number of legal issues.
