I highly recommend Adam Spicer to anyone who thinks they have a case they can win. He’s affordable and well-worth the money. In my case, my girlfriend had a vulnerable immigration status so, at the last second, we switched seats, and I fell on the sword to absorb a DUI. The evidence supporting me was murky and a fierce court battle ensued. Adam helped me secure a mistrial, which we eventually plead down to misdemeanor obstruction of justice. To be fair, I deserved the obstruction charge for lying to the police and wasting a lot of people’s time. Adam also helped me win the subsequent DMV hearing. So in the end, there were no consequences at all to my driver’s license and I will emerge with my clean record intact. Adam is organized, experienced, and personable with the jurors. Perhaps even more importantly, (for when it’s time to negotiate), he’s well-liked and respected as a force to be reckoned with by the local judges, police, and DA’s office. He also responds quickly to all calls, texts and emails. He’s your guy.
