You will not get the attention your case needs, you are treated like a number. When Betsy the paralegal gives you dates for any service, she will not keep it. This firm was rude and caused me to lose money. I was hung up on and treated like an animal by posting my paper to a door. Worst decision I made was to sign with Alan.
