I do not believe the attorney made a genuine effort to advocate for my case. His role appeared to be limited to conveying the judge’s requirements and encouraging my compliance with the court’s order, rather than actively exploring alternative, more favorable strategies. In fact, I provided him with supporting arguments to present to the prosecutor. As a result of the agreement reached with the prosecutor, I was not required to fully comply with the court’s order. At that time, I was advised that if the case proceeded to trial, there was an 80% likelihood of success. However, after working with the attorney for two weeks, I lost confidence in his commitment to effectively advocate on my behalf, which led to my decision not to proceed to trial. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this attorney to others.

I called Alec after facing a criminal speeding and criminal reckless driving citation. Smartest move I could have ever made! He didnt just win for me in court, he and Irma went out of their way to help me do everything I needed to.
