Very capable and very personable law firm. Alex Cuello has been our family's go-to since 2020. He walked us through all of the forms to planning an estate and securing our family's estate wishes have been abided by - including health decisions. And then leaves the case along with his guardian presenting a bill for almost $15000. The interesting thing is other court files of his have him billing people anywhere from $350 an hour and up to 575 an hour in the same guardianship court. Here almost nothing the court ordered was done

Based on my experience, I would not recommend the legal services of Mr Cuello. To say Mr Cuello has committed professional malpractice against my disabled incompetent grandmother would be an understatement. Mr Cuello did not even show up to my grandmothers homestead hearing and her homestead was lost because of his professional negligence as an attorney. What kind of guardianship attorney doesn’t show up to a homestead hearing for his Ward? Suffice it to say I would not recommend his legal services.
