I am very pleased with the firms legal representation. Mr. Williams prevented charges from being filed against me.

Mr. Williams and his law office assisted me with several tickets as well as guidance on a few other legal matters. I appreciate their diligence and honesty. I highly recommend the Law Office of Algernon Williams.

Definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND. They mailed a letter to pay for the traffic ticket to my old address (the address that was on the driver's license) they didn't confirm the address nor we did ( I apologize for that), but at least they would have followed up to confirm if we have paid the ticket. Now we have to pay an extra fee to the court because we weren't aware that we had to pay extra for the ticket. We assumed that the attorney was going to handle everything when we hired them. On top of that, the letter that they sent to the wrong address (that I now have a copy, because I call them to see what was going on) says to mail the check to the Clerk of Court in Charlotte, but the ticket given in Cleveland county. That means that the check has to be mailed to the Clerk of Court in Cleveland County!! AVOID THIS FIRM AT ALL COSTS! they just make sure they get their money and that's it.
