My Ex husband went behind My back and got this attorney after I filed an uncontested divorce. I moved during the process. She emailed me by decree with the wrong address after giving her my change of address. Due to this, I don’t know that I was divorced until 3 months after the divorce. I have yet to receive my official divorce decree after a year and 10 months. I hope that I am officially divorced.

I had a very disappointing and hurtful experience with this attorney. From the beginning, her attitude was cold and dismissive. She didn't take the time to truly listen to me or understand my situation. Instead of showing any empathy, she labeled me as "scorned"—as if standing up for myself and my children was something to be ashamed of. I came to her for help dealing with a manipulative and narcissistic ex, but rather than advocate for me, she seemed to side with him and brushed off my concerns completely. I felt invalidated and judged, not supported. If you're looking for an attorney who will truly hear you, believe you, and fight for you and your children, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

However, since you have elected to post a public review, we must reply to preserve the integrity and reputation of our firm. With that said, at the conclusion of your case, you communicated to the attorney who handled your case that you were pleased with the results. You stated that you were very appreciative for her representation. The statements in this review, therefore, are incongruent with your in person statements at the conclusion of your matter. Second, after our representation concluded, you had emergency matters that you immediately wanted us to address. We reached out to you for you to come in to our office to discuss, which is our office policy, but you demanded our full attention via email, which is inconsiderate of the time and devotion each of our cases require. You not only failed to come into the office to discuss your very urgent matter but you began to send rude and unprofessional emails to one of the attorneys in the firm. Another attorney in the firm even reached out to you to address your concerns but you failed to even reply to that attorney. We would have hoped that you scheduled a time to meet with either of the attorneys in the firm so that your matter could be addressed, but you opted not to do the same. I have had the best experiences with Jessica Howard. She has been nothing short of amazing for me during my cases. I loved the fact that she was clear when communicating, always responded in reasonable timing, gave advice & very knowledgeable but most of all she did exactly what she was paid to do, no slacking at all! I had a very disappointing experience with Attorney Jessica Howard. She came across as unprepared and lacked the necessary knowledge to handle my case effectively. I also found her to be more focused on money than genuinely helping her clients. Overall, her approach felt unprofessional and did not inspire confidence. I would not recommend her services.
Good Afternoon,<br>We want to first acknowledge that our primary goal is offering quality legal representation to all clients. With that being said, when you first came to our office, you had already filed your petition as a pro se litigant. That means you or other personnel were also responsible for service on the defendant. You hired us one day before your court date. You did not communicate to us that the defendant had not been served. On your court date, therefore, we were told that Defendant had not been served. We immediately filed the necessary summons and our private process server did in fact serve the defendant as required by applicable law and rules. Shortly thereafter you voluntarily sought to dismiss your case due to personal reasons. We have written correspondence to support this. Today you reached out seeking legal representation about another case, and we communicated to you that we would gladly assist. Shortly after we communicated, however, that your additional case, requires a separate fee, we received this review from you. We seek to resolve all issues amicably and privately. We, however, have an equal duty to preserve the integrity and reputation of our firm. We can be reached directly at 901-684-4101 to address any additional concerns that you have.
In regards to my own experience with the law office of Attorney Howard, I was on edge about my divorce but with the guidance and fulfillment of that Attorney Howard has given me a piece of mind.
