Mr. Schwartz might be well versed in the law, but he is also well versed in attempting to steal money and ignoring his clients. Firstly, he said the consultation was free. It was not. He took 4,500 dollars from my husband willingly and said he would start working the subpoena, that it would be done “Friday or Tuesday.” Come Wednesday, he had not even looked at the file and needed to be reminded who my husband was and why he wanted his services. I texted him the day of the consultation to confirm the time and received no response. However, he called me a WEEK LATER confused about the message and said “we don’t have anything scheduled for today.” A whole week later. Though I was technically not his client; during my brief conversations with him, he was short, rude, condescending, and made a laundry list of false promises. Working with him is a complete waste of time and money. You’re honestly probably better off writing up a legal document yourself and hoping for the best, because this man WILL NOT help you.
