Terrible experience lots of mistakes wanted to charge more to fix and revise the whole estate plan so disappointing

Had a scheduled appointment at 10am to speak with this highly respected firm. Was told multiple times via text message they looked forward to speaking with me. Never got a phone call. I followed up by calling them back. Was then told by their front desk representative that they did not know why I didn’t receive a phone call. I had rearranged my morning so I could speak with this highly recommended firm but was disappointed with how I was treated unfortunately. I hope all is well.

Anna was fantastic! She was able to take an extremely complex matter and boil it down to the most important facts and questions to create a legal game plan that was ironclad. Not all Attorney's are created equal, pick the one that treats you well and get's it done.

Anna and her assistant Stephanie were marvelous to work with. My stepmother needed a new will written and we had a lot of questions and changes that we made to the original draft. Both Anna and Stephanie spent a great deal of time making sure we understood all of the aspects of what we needed in the will because of the location of some assets. Anna and Stephanie were some of the nicest, and hardest working people I've ment.
