Ms Annie is a great attorney with a compassionate heart. She is focused on getting the lives of her clients back to them. Yes I made a mistake. I contacted her after I got myself in trouble to fight for me legally and through the course of time in my legal battles she has proven to be a friend and an attorney that uses her head- heart- head when handling her clients. what I mean by head-heart-head is, she applied all her senses of reasoning and a warm compassionate heart with her legal expertise to give me back my life and protected my license. She restored my dignity. Ms. Scott became my advocate and my mouthpiece when I could not speak for myself. I will recommend Ms. Annie Scott’s legal services to my friends and family any day any time. I tried calling here and the receptionist wasted 10 minutes of my life taking my info and couldn’t even give me info on whether the attorney could even take my case . I need help and I’m a paying client looking for a lawyer to help .

Annie Scott was appointed a court appointed lawyer to my case and she represented me with all due diligence. I cannon speak for other people experiences, but for me she definitely prepared herself thoroughly and was very helpful in the process.

I really did not expect this level of disappointment. I had the choice between 2 different attorneys. Attorney A flat fee was $1500 and Annie’s fee was $2500. I had big reservations about choosing her practice based on the reviews, the attitudes of her paralegal staff Xavion and Kim and her contact. But I disregarded my gut feelings and chose her because I believe in supporting “my people”. From start to finish she and her staff lied to us. Initially we weren’t going to choose her based on her contract because it gave the impression of shady fancy wording that only an attorney would understand. Considering my husband and I work with legal documents and attorneys in our profession we caught on to this and saw big red flags. Kim her paralegal stated that the $2500 fee was for representation only and it covers everything up until court and if we go to court there would be additional fees. I question Annie about the contract and she assured me that Kim misspoke and the fee ($2500) covered everything. If we didn’t go to court she’d prorate our fees. After hearing it from her mouth I was okay with proceeding. Next, Our first phone conversation she wasn’t prepared and had no information for us. I was very understanding but wanted her to speak with my son so he’d understand the seriousness of what was happening after all she was paid to represent him. She said there’s nothing I can say to him… I was confused but again gave her the benefit of the doubt. Last week we received a call from Xavion stating if my son took a course his case would be thrown out with no expungement needed only to find out this was another lie. I spoke with Annie and she was very argumentative about the expungement instead of being apologetic about her office staff miscommunication. And they kept saying “if that is what was said” as if they can not recall what came out of their mouth! After that issue was resolved I asked her about what % of the $2500 could I expect to receive back since we didn’t have to go to court. Her response was “none of it”. I asked her remember our conversation about if you didn’t have to go to court and if everything was open shut we would receive a portion back? She said I must’ve misunderstood. At this point it’s comical considering I’m a medical professional and I deal with legal documents all day long. In My husband’s profession he deals with attorneys all day long. It’s sad that this is the way she chooses to conduct business. It was never about the money but it was the lack of accountability and integrity through and through. I could’ve done what Annie did and been $2500 richer. I pray she changes because business is based on word of mouth and I’d never recommend her practice. She did not do her job and lied about the expungement process. Either she’s inexperienced or just a flat out liar.

Love the staff and Annie has been very proficient and extremely knowledgeable. I greatly appreciate her and her team being on my side. 😊

First of All I want to thank God for Ms. Scott Representing me. Awesome work.. Stayed in the fight..Very Professional and kept in touch with me through this whole ordeal. I hired Annie and it started out great. Towards the end, Annie and paralegal James showed their true colors. An accident happened where Annie was supposed to show up to court and I didn’t have to make a appearance if she showed up. Needless to say I guess it was an scheduling miscommunication and she didn’t go. Which wasn’t the first time this happened. Where it was some type of scheduling miscommunication and Annie blamed it on Nicole. I’m panicking thinking I will be in big trouble and spoke to James. He reports to Annie that I used inappropriate language with him and hung up on him. Annie sends over to the court to withdraw from my case. I was so devastated and she did this without talking to me first. Then when I got in touch with her, she told me she wasn’t getting paid and most attorneys would’ve took my lump sum i paid and got off my case. I paid her rate in full that she asked for. I couldn’t believe she said this to me. At the end she stayed on the case and i did get my life back. I would never recommend her or hire her again due to how I was treated. I even hired a difference lawyer to handle the expungement because I couldn’t trust her after that comment she passed. She mails calendars to my house and send cards. I hope they stop sending to my residence. I put it right in the trash because I would never deal with her again. So proceed with caution if you have to deal with James. Definitely watch her if you paid her in full. Just a honest review. Annie’s office kept sending emails asking me to make a review. I didn’t want to write a review, because I did not have a positive overall experience with Annie.

I give the law office of Annie Scott 10 stars!!! She is truly an angel, who showed tremendous love and care for my case. I was on a 10 year deferred probation and after 2 years absconded for 8 years. In the midst of that I started a family with 3 beautiful daughters, while making the effort to finish what I had left for the probation. After getting back into the system I was faced with 5 years TDC. Ms. Scott gave me assurance with how she handled a the situation. We followed through with her gameplan and walked away from the courtroom Victorious. Free from probation and jail time, I was in shock. I truly appreciate what she has done for me and my family and words cant Express that enough. For the rest of my life I will cherish this moment and have been overjoyed ever since. I give Ms. Scott the highest recommendation to anyone who is serious about getting their life back on track. Thank u Ms. Scott!! We Did It!!😁
