Sir, I would respectfully request that you remove your rating and review of our law firm as both are misleading. You are not a past or active client, and we have not consulted with you by phone or otherwise as a prospective client. If your sole interaction with our office was a call or a drop-in wherein you were advised that we could not assist you for whatever reason, this limited exchange does not provide an adequate basis to evaluate the actual legal services that we provide. We have worked very hard to obtain the high ratings and positive reviews received from clients over the past 20 years. We welcome constructive feedback, even in the form of criticism where needed. However, it appears you may be reviewing businesses to increase your credentials as a "local guide." If you wish to be a helpful guide, it would be appreciated if you would limit your rating or reviews to those businesses from whom you have actually received goods or services. If you wish to discuss anything about your interaction, please feel free to reach out to me directly.

Mr. Dunn, first, I am truly sorry about your financial circumstances. We were trying to assist you with that matter pursuant to a contract for legal representation that you signed and made a partial payment towards over two months ago. My contract clearly states that the total fee is earned and non-refundable even though, as a courtesy, we allowed you to make installment payments over time. We understand that not everyone can pay the full fee at one time but that they still need immediate assistance. Despite accepting payments, we were fully available to you and actively working on your file. Please understand the time you may have spent in our office does not accurately reflect the amount of time spent on your legal matter over the past two months. <br><br>As for the communication from our office, your statement that we would not return or answer your calls is simply not true and very misleading. We attempt to answer and respond to every call in a timely manner. When a client communicates with our office, we must be given a reasonable amount of time to research and respond. After our first email to you indicating that your money would remain available as a credit when you were ready to proceed with your case, instead of continuing the discussion, you immediately launched a social media attack by posting an unfavorable and unfair review of our office. Although it is my legal right to retain earned amounts for services provided, there are certainly times, based on the circumstances, when I have and do refund money. Therefore, I'm sorry you felt the need to take this approach when you weren’t immediately given the desired response. I hope that your personal circumstances improve. We are here and continue to represent you based on our contract. When you are in a better position to pay the remaining fee and proceed with your legal matter, we will help you if desired. <br><br><br>
