Front desk lady, Anna, made an appt for me and when she confirmed by text she had the wrong day and time. I called to make sure she had the right date and time and she said her mistake and corrected it. After rescheduling my appt due to my schedule and then on there schedule we finally made another appt so I could meet with the attorney, so I pack up my kids and drive over there to find the door locked and the lights off. I get a call from Anna a day later saying if I wanted to reschedule my appt that I had at 11am....my appt was at 10am and I have the text confirmation to prove it! I'm sure the attorney is great but I can't deal with this.
