My family has had to use the services Benjamin offers, several times (unfortunately)? Each time he has been professional and answers all your questions. This last time we used him, was because of mom’s MVA. She was dealing with the insurance directly and they started playing their games. I told her to call the “family lawyer.” We called him on a Friday afternoon and he actually picked up! Mom and him went over the details and he took her case. He answered all her questions and was patient with her. He is kind and transparent with everything. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs someone on their side after a personal injury… Actually, he is all I recommend if someone is looking for a personal injury attorney. I highly recommend Benjamin Grandy. I needed the services of a personal injury attorney after being seriously injured by another driver. This was the first time (and hopefully the last time) I ever went through anything like this, and didn't know how things worked or what to expect. Benjamin was thorough and professional in explaining the whole process and handling my case, even with the challenge of doing things remotely due to the pandemic. Maybe you shouldn't advertise in malpractice if your not taking malpractice cases . First Appearances are everything and to me , my 1st impression of you is you are a liar .. false advertising ... I hung up on you because I was in the hospital talking with other lawyer and. Did not have the time to explain this to you. I just can't believe you had the time to even contact me... only after I left a review.

Wouldn't recommend charges for everything and even when he dont do anything and keeps asking for money cancels if u dont pay when you're under 1000 dollars BENJAMIN IS NO GOOD

Benjamin Grandy was an awesome lawyer!! Such a pleasure to work with. He was always available (via phone, email or text) day or night whenever I had a question, no matter how minor. When I had to fill out forms, he'd email them to me but follow up with a phone call. This was a huge deal to me because I'm from out of town...actually Canada.
