Bernie Mcevoy made it very clear he does not care to hear whatever any potential client has to say when I very briefly attempted to speak with him while intermittently being interrupted. He was overtly smug, pompous, and dismissive in just the brief few seconds that we spoke, and I was simply just trying to state my case. If you are not rich do not waste your time. He is simply trying to take your cash if you are foolish enough to let him do so. If google would let me do 0/5 I would.

I have been a victim of harassment via someone signing my work email up for political emails that do not align with my beliefs. I called Mr. McEvoy and asked for help. As soon as I gave a clue to what party I align with, he said "I don't want to help you. I'm sorry." and hung up on me. He didn't even bother to listen to me or be willing to help. Very rude.

I called him at 8 am to discuss him representing my child's father in falsely accused domestic violence case by the police. He was very rude. Began listening to my story then immediately cut me off and said what you're telling me is irrelevant then proceeded to ask other questions. While asking these questions, he asked me for information that I was already giving him before he rudely cut me off. So I proceeded to say, "yes as I was telling you before being interrupted," then I was immediately cut off and told he didn't want to represent me and hung up in my face. Unfortunately this behavior was very unprofessional. A consultation simply can't be done without knowing the full story of what happen to accumulate the charges. Horrible horrible customer service!!!!
