I met Bill Rosenstein back in 2016 he saw me crying on the hallway outside the office of Lisa Moran 'attorney' (she's more of a thief than an attorney) after taking thousands of dollars for a custody case for my son, she dropped me immediately when I couldn't give her more money. SHE DID NOTHING FOR ME but file a motion. Bill took me into his office and after signing a contract BILL GOT ME CUSTODY OF MY KID for a VERY REASONABLE FEE! He's a great lawyer who is not afraid of all other big guys than normally intimidate. I will never thank him enough for what he did for me. I am going to hire him again for a child support case. I will only use Bill, his integrity and his knowledge are invaluable. You won't go wrong with him.

After my ex began violating our custody agreement and denying my visitation rights, he disappeared with our son for 9 months, then decided to take me to court to try and strip me of as many of my rights as he could. I scraped what money I could together, got a small loan and began looking for a lawyer. Most of them wanted about 5k just to get started, and I couldn't afford that. Mr Rosenstein is a lawyer who listens to you and then straight shoots . He can come off a bit brash in the beginning and seem as if he’s trying to run you off. But you will find out later it’s a matter of getting to the truth and a setting of standards without going through your life’s history. He is a bit mysterious but don’t let that fool you he always have a method to his madness. In court he knows when to strike and where but also remains quiet when you think he should react and allows the opponents to hang themselves. Well pleased with his services.

Mr. Rosenstein's fees were very reasonable and represented me in a divorce case which he did an awesome job! From the initial consultation all the way through the entire process, he was very straightforward, informed me of my rights and what I was entitled to, responded to my questions and concerns (he was patient and understanding in explaining things a second or third time to clarify if I didn't quite understand initially) via both email and phone in a timely manner and kept me informed. I had a VERY complex divorce, which I brought over to Bill after having to part ways with my attorney. We spent a few hours discussing my case, and what the outcomes that I was hoping for. He was very clear on telling me what my rights were, what I could reasonably expect and then started to make things happen. He was able to completely turn my case around, get me pretty close to the outcome I wanted. I felt that his fees were very reasonable compared to the other lawyer I hired. This lawyer is very rude will make you feel like you are bothering him to do his job but won't have a problem taking your money. Get a lawyer that is up front and honest and doesn't make you feel like a bother and a lawyer that doesn't respond "I don't know" to a question pertaining to law.
