I hired Bradley in 2021 for a guardianship case to regain custody of my son. Despite the challenges within the legal system, he helped me successfully regain shared custody. Not long after achieving shared custody, juvenile court became involved, and I was ultimately awarded sole custody. Regardless of the mixed reviews you might come across, I can confidently say that Bradley and Ryan are an excellent legal team. My experience was hell, I was left out to dry. I was told I’ll have a fair shot at reducing my child support. But when the time came. He basically told me to kick rocks. I also was told by my child’s mother. That my attorney, Bradley. Was making not so great gestures about me. In all I thank him for his services. But nothing he did helped me get to where I’m at now!

Brad Lawyered Up After I The Bar Association Believed Him To Be Unjust While Handling My Divorce. I Had 2 Criminal Orders Of Protection And My Ex Threatened To Kill Me Right In Mediation As Well As The Police Station. He Did Nothing Did Not Even File Contempt With Police Reports I Provided. He Then Proceeded To No Longer Represent Me And Charged Me For A Telephone Call Over An Hour About My Case Without My Consent To Speak To This Caller About My Case… He Did Not Protect Myself Or Children, Took My Money And Did Absolutely Not One Request I Asked Him Concerning Our Safety. He Then Stated He Would Represent Me Once Again After I Pay An Additional Retainer Fee.. Go On Take The Money And Run.. #SteveMillerBand

By far the worst lawyer I've ever Delt with he sent a criminal lawyer lady to my court date who was always late. As in always I mean the 2/3 time she even showed up. Then Mr. tengler shows up to extreamly disrespectful to me my mom and my ex girlfriend. I explained my problems I was having with him and his staff he removed himself from my case after he was paid 3k then he has the nerve to call my mother and demand another 500$ .

I have been researching lawyers in the Winnebago area for a while now. Brad's profile made it seem as though he was a person who could do mediation to help parties agree. I have had much success with my ex in coming to mutual agreements, but I just needed extra assistance for another matter. By the time of our consultation, Mr. Tengler had already made up his mind and would wait to listen to my case details. He went into custody issues (which isn't even what this consultation was about), which proved that he needed to take the time to look at my cases. I provided case numbers, and Mr. Tengler could have easily seen that these were all post-divorce enforcement. He claimed my case was too contentious and that there was no way I would be getting more for child support even though my ex's finances went up by way more than 20%. All previous issues with the cases had ended with agreements, but he stated that my cases were too contentious. It was so disappointing because I was looking forward to working with him to solve these issues outside of the courtroom; even listening to his podcasts, I agreed with his morals and ideas. I ended the consultation early because he had already decided and didn't care about what I was looking to do. This matter MOST DEFINITELY could have been handled outside of the courts. You told me that I wouldn’t get anything more for child support even though his income went up by more than 20%. That is a percentage dictated by Illinois law. You lower arrears. But you didn’t want to hear any of that. Single mother warning- He will not fight for the rights of you or your children.

Brad takes the time to listen and completely understand your situation. He always got back with me in a timely fashion and got a great outcome to my case. He’s a really good family lawyer and fights for his clients.

Dude really gave up on me. I had to come up With solutions and what to counter with…but I’m not an attorney! I am now feeling the brunt of the mediocrity as my ex stopped paying her share and is not entitled to the tax break…mostly due to loosely worded orders…from me! Again I am not an attorney, but the one I hired shrugged it off but sure wanted my payment early every month! Do your research and pass on this one.
